    FourCast 39 - House of trash

    My prediction is as follows;

    10,000 years from now, books will be the only medium of entertainment that remains from today. Books will have been the ONLY medium to stay for the entire 10,000 years, and everything from the way we listen to music to how we watch movies (and movies themselves) will be gone. No doubt music will still remain in some form, though what that is and how we consume it is as baffling as rock music would be to those who liked opera.

    The book though, will remain. Still printed on paper - or more likely, a paper replicate - still bound and still sold in bookstores and on Amazon.com.
