    Regarding "humans evolving again" it simply can't happen. even if you were to replicate the conditions that caused humans to evolve, theres no replicating the random mutations that those conditions acted upon. so basically its extremely implausible for a modern creature to evolve "again". this isn't to say that highly intelligent creatures won't evolve again, just not what we would call humans.
